What if my client contacts me after they have received the Statement of Fact to request a change to the information shown?

If the quote has not yet been made live, you can change details such as sums insured, policyholder’s name, addresses etc online and print a revised Statement of Fact to send to your client. If the quote has already been made live it is not possible to change the details on the Statement of Fact. Any changes should be advised in writing to NIG via email, fax or post.
