A key invalid message may be given if you have installed the software on a system that has a previous version of the software on it. Microsoft recommends that you uninstall all previous versions of the software then install the new software on the system. Having the previous version of the software on the system will cause the key code to not be recognized as a valid key code, and consequently will not let you use the software. If this does not resolve the issue fill out this form and make sure to list in the “reason” section what you have attempted to do and any other information regarding the situation.
