What if my Awecade is damaged during shipment?
Each Awecade is shipped utilizing commercial packaging with additional padding. Our packing insures that the arcade can withstand most abuse encountered during shipment. All Awecades are fully insured, so in the unlikely event that your Awecade is damaged, we will handle the claim. The customer may be required to arrange a time for an inspector to come and inspect damage. After that, well handle everything and ship you a replacement arcade or parts.
