What if my American Express card/account isn found in the drop down menu during checkout?
You must be logged in and have your American Express card(s) registered with MYCA (Manage Your Card Account) in order for your card(s) to appear in the credit card drop down list on the purchase page for air, car, hotel and/or Complete Trip reservations. After logging in, if your American Express card(s) is still not appearing in the drop down list, you will need to contact the Interactive Service Unit toll-free at 1-800-AXP-1234 for assistance.
