Log in to your account at www.allaccesstravelmoney.com to report your card lost / stolen, or call NetSpend toll-free at 1-86-NETSPEND in the U.S. Outside the U.S., call (866) 387-7363 or (512) 532-8297 collect. For faster service, have your card number available, so NetSpend can cancel your card and issue a new one. It’s helpful if you keep your card information in a secure place that is separate from the card.
