What if multiple clients are on the Waitlist on the same day?
The online appointment book is programmed to determine which service requests can fit in the re-opened appointment time when a cancellation is made. Clients on the Waitlist will be notified via email about the cancellation only if the service they want fits in the newly available space. The Waitlist functions on a first come-first serve basis. Clients are made aware in their notification email that other clients may be quicker to respond and the first to confirm a new appointment gets it.
