In order to provide services to ECHO beneficiaries, these home health agencies must meet the qualifying conditions to be certified as a corporate services provider as specified in the TRICARE Policy Manual, Chapter 11, Section 12.1. Under certain circumstances, Corporate Services Providers may provide this service if non-Medicare certified; care can be provided for individuals that are under the age of 18 or who are receiving maternity care.
