What if Medicare or Medicaid certification is not available to a home health agency due to the specialized categories of individuals they serve?
In order to provide services to ECHO beneficiaries, these home health agencies must meet the qualifying conditions to be certified as a corporate services provider as specified in the TRICARE Policy Manual, Chapter 11, Section 12.1. Under certain circumstances, Corporate Services Providers may provide this service if non-Medicare certified; care can be provided for individuals that are under the age of 18 or who are receiving maternity care.
