Matt is extremely reliable, he has never once had to cancel a wedding due to illness, Matt works very close with an agent and in the event of him falling ill you would be offered a replacement singer and DJ which Matt would personally source for you. Any additional cost in finding another singer would be paid out by Tristar Records Ltd. If you were not satisfied with this you would be entitled to a full refund including any deposits. However please be assured that Matt knows how special a wedding is to someone and has never cancelled a wedding due to ill health.
