What if items do not arrive in time?
A. Items usually are delayed due to a few factors. 1). HOLIDAY SEASON. Sometimes the holiday season gets overwhelming for USPS. Like stated we usually ship 2-3 days after receipt of payment. After that it should take another 2-3 business days for items to arrive. But there are instances that items arrive 2 weeks later. We have however no control over this and will try our best to have the items rush items ASAP. 2). Your item has been delivered but you do not have the mail. Sometimes the mail carrier leaves the package outside your door or sometimes they do not leave it. Best bet is to go to the post office with your confirmation number. Ask them if it was confirmed if it was left. Another instance is that someone took it or received it in or around your house. So ask around also. If item was found lost please file a claim in your post office and inform us. We cannot do much unless you paid for insurance (see above for details). 3).
