What if items arrive damaged?
You should immediately examine all boxes and items before you sign to receive the merchandise. If you do discover any damage, please note the damage on the delivery ticket and have the driver sign it. Unless you note any damage on the driver’s delivery ticket, the carrier may not accept the claim. Then call MFS at once. Do not refuse delivery on a whole shipment it only one piece is damaged as this will delay any replacement needed. However if the carton is obviously severely damaged, please refuse the shipment from the carrier. MFS will assist you in filing a claim for damage. We can NOT assist you in your claim for damages or discrepancies AFTER YOU HAVE ACCEPTED the package upon delivery. If a replacement is necessary you are responsible for cooperating with the return of the item. Failure to return the damaged item will cause an additional charge to you credit card.
