Segway Personal Transporters are all-weather, so tours run rain or shine. There are NO REFUNDS unless a tour is cancelled by Segway Experience of Chicago. If you have purchased tickets and are unable to make the tour, please contact Segway Experience of Chicago to make special arrangements.
