What if Im the admin of a group Circle and Im not receiving SmartMessages sent to the group and/or site administrator(s)?
Check to be sure that your account on CircleUp contains a valid, current email address for you and that this email is where you want your SmartMessages sent. Be sure to also check your “Junk Mail” or SPAM folders to be sure that your email filtering programs have not misfiled the emails. If they have, be sure to add the source of these messages to your Safe Senders list.
