What if I’m running late for an appointment?
If you are running late please call me as soon as you can. Depending on how late you will be and my other bookings we may need to reschedule. (See also “If I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment will you charge a cancellation fee?”) I am a stickler for punctuality and I do everything within my power to ensure that I am on-time for you and never keep you waiting. I would appreciate the same respect. I can assure you, you don’t want the person who is about to rip the hair from your body to be cranky.
