What if I’m running early for an appointment?

If you are more than 10 minutes early, please phone or text message me. If I’m not busy with another client, we can get you started straight away and save you waiting. If I don’t answer or reply, it means I’m busy with someone else, so please don’t just ring the doorbell which will disturb their appointment time. Sorry guys I know this isn’t ideal, but this is one of the downsides to being a home based sole operator, and in the same way I’m sure you’d like your privacy respected, please be considerate of my other clients.
