If our products fail to meet your expectations we will offer credit for other labels or replacement of your labels. Please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order to take advantage of this offer. Our Satisfaction Guarantee covers manufacturing defects, production quality issues, and material problems. It does not cover customer artwork issues such as spelling errors. Keep in mind that you should be able to catch any artwork problems before receiving your labels because we ALWAYS send an email proof for approval BEFORE running any job.
