The log-in process is case sensitive, so make sure to type in both your user name and password using the same upper or lowercase letters as you first defined them. If you forgot your password, or it still isn’t working, contact Customer Service at 877-562-3729 (877-LOAD-PAY) or email rpmcustomerservice@columbusdata.net.
