BlueCross BlueShield members can continue to receive care at the facility you’ve come to know as St. Joseph Hospital. However, after April 1, 2009: • St. Joseph Hospital will operate under the name “Sisters of Charity Hospital, St. Joseph Campus” • If you are currently receiving inpatient care or are admitted to St. Joseph Hospital for inpatient services between now and March 31, 2009, and remain on inpatient status after April 1, 2009, bills or Explanation of Benefit (EOB) forms you receive from the hospital or BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York will list “Sisters of Charity Hospital, St. Joseph Campus” as the facility where you received care These are administrative changes only and do not impact your health benefits.
