What if I’m contacted by a CareAllies Health Advisor and I don’t want to participate?
The Health Advisor program is voluntary; you can simply say you do not wish to participate. This program is offered as part of the Concordia Health Plan to help you live as healthy a life as possible. If you decide later you’d like a Health Advisor’s assistance, you can call CareAllies at 800-605-6621 and opt back in.
