You may change the investment allocation of your existing balances so they map to the Putnam funds of your choice by making such changes with our current service provider (Benefit Services) before December 15, 2000. For example, if you are currently invested in the Scudder Development Fund, those assets will automatically be transferred or mapped to the Putnam Vista Fund. If you wish to have your Scudder Development Fund assets settle in an alternative fund such as the Putnam Equity Income Fund, you would need to transfer from the Scudder Development Fund to the Scudder Growth & Income Fund by December 15, 2000 while your account is still at Benefit Services. This is because assets invested in the Scudder Growth & Income will be transferred to the Putnam Equity Income Fund. You may access your Benefit Services 401(k) account at http://www.401k.com.
