Our training programs have given our clients great success in the sports of triathlons and running. Part of the reason these programs have been so successful is because we allow ample amounts of time to educate, build aerobic capacity, and allow clients to get the most out of all the strength and cardio training throughout their program. We do not recommend shortening the amount of time that we have allocated for each program. However, if you have already been training for a particular event and are wanting to get additional help, you can contact us and we can negotiate a prorated plan for you if we can determine that you have a sufficient level of training to start our program (generally, each week is a little more expensive than the normal training plan). Please note that if you sign up for the full schedule, you will have the most benefits from our program, and if you sign up with us after you have already begun training, you will not receive the most out of the program compared to
