What if I would like to see a new feature added to the software? How are enhancement requests handled?
A. Enhancement requests and product ideas may be submitted by customers through the MyAccount online community found on www.JohnDeereAgriServices.com. After logging in, click on Forums and go to the “Idea Talk” area. Click on “Product & Feature Ideas” – here you’ll see submitted ideas which you can comment on or you may submit a new idea by posting a new thread. Requests for software enhancements and product ideas are reviewed by our product management team who also take into consideration various factors such as development time, cost issues, and widespread appeal.
