If you terminate the Agreement for convenience or we terminate the Agreement for your breach, in addition to other amounts you may owe, you must pay an early termination fee as outlined below. The termination fee depends on the service in which you have an active contract on. * Shared Hosted Service: $75.00 * Infinitie Data Protection / oDesktop: $125.00 * Virtual Private Servers / Select DGS Plans: $225.00 * Dedicated Servers / Dedicated DGS Server Plans: $375.00 * Server Colocation Services: 50% x the number of months remaining or $500.00; whichever is greater.
