• If you do not have a GET account, simply sign up for a Custom Monthly Plan account during our annual open enrollment period (September 15-March 31). Our Custom Monthly accounts are automatically set up to accept Lump Sum purchases. If you use the paper enrollment form, please complete both areas of section 5 and include your payment for your Lump Sum purchase with the enrollment form.
