What if I want to remove a user from AOL My eAddress?

Currently, it is not possible for you to delete a user from “Bring My Own Domain” AOL My eAddress. You can however, block user access by simply changing the invited user’s password in the Control Panel. As a domain administrator you can suspend a user on your domain through the My eAddress Control Panel. Users that are in suspended status for 90 days, will then be automatically deleted. Within the 90-day suspension window, administrators can reinstate the suspended user. After the 90-day suspension window, administrators can either re-create the deleted user or invite a new user with the previously suspended username. If you signed up by “Choosing a Popular Custom Domain” you will not have administrative access to the domain so you will not be able to delete or block a user.
