What if I want to dispute a transaction related to the Visa prepaid payment functionality on my Student Campus Card?
If you wish to dispute a particular transaction you must notify ANZ promptly as Visa operating rules impose time limits beyond which transactions may no longer be disputed (generally 75 days from the date the disputed transaction was processed by the merchant). If you do not notify ANZ within this time, ANZ may be unable to investigate your claim and you will be liable for the transaction. To initiate a transaction dispute, log onto the card portal (anz.com/prepaidcards/unisyd) or alternatively, call the ANZ call centre at 1800 773 720. There is no charge for phoning ANZ to dispute a transaction.
