What if I want to complain about Rogavi?
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of Rogavi, they you need to complain directly to: complaints@rogavi.net Please state your name and contact details and a detailed description of the complaint. A member of the team will respond in writing via email to you within 72 hours. If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, then you can complain to the Fundraising Standards Board. If the complaint is about a potential breach of a Fundraising Code of Practice or the Fundraising Promise, they will investigate the complaint and work with you and us to try to resolve the problem. If we cannot then resolve the complaint to your satisfaction, you have the option to take the matter to the FSRB Board of Directors. They will review the complaint and decide whether to uphold or reject it. If the complaint is upheld, then they have the ability to specify we take action to resolve the matter.
