If you decide to cancel a transaction that has already been authorised, it may take a few days before your money can be cleared for use on your card again. In the meantime, you won’t be able to use that money for other transactions. If you are on the PAYG tariff, you will be charged a fee of 2.95% (min 50p, max £1.50) for a refund transaction. Pay weekly and pay monthly customers will not be charged.
