You can download the appeals form (203 kb PDF) and mail it to: Virginia Tech Parking Services 455 Tech Center Drive Blacksburg, VA 24061-0540 Your appeal or letter will be submitted to the appeals process, as long as the ticket is paid and we receive the appeal within 10 days of when the ticket was issued.
