This is no problem to ITSF Home. The products you choose to use are your own choice. If at any time an issue is found to be as a result of unsupported software the engineer will advise you on a cause of action. If it is a product that ITSF recommend and support, we will endeavour to solve the issue as quickly as possible – for example, for of Norton Antivirus you can continue to do so. If the system is infected with a virus which would have been detected by a recommended product, we will advise you on your course of action. If you are using an ITSF recommended AntiVirus and you are infected, ITSF would report the issue with the manufacturer to enable the fix to be released. In all cases, your Computer would be virally disinfected. This issue applies to all other software.
