What if I submitted my applicaton and forgot to print it out for my records?
After submitting your application using VONAPP, you can view and/or print it for up to a year. After 365 days, VONAPP automatically purges claims from its system.From the home page, log into VONAPP. After logging in, click on the print icon located to the right of the form you have completed. Your application will then display for you to view or to print.
