If the person supposed to appear in the New Jersey Special Civil Part Court order does not appear where and when specified in the order or appears but fails to provide information about the New Jersey Special Civil Part Judgment Debtor’s assets, the New Jersey Special Civil Part Judgment Creditor may file a motion with the New Jersey Special Civil Part asking the New Jersey Special Civil Part Court to punish the person failing to appear for their committing a contempt of Court.
