What if I sell the machine my Komtrax unit is on?
You can either sell the unit with the machine and we will transfer the terminal to the new customer’s account or you can remove the terminal and install it on another machine. Equipment outfitted with the Komtrax system may see an increase in resale value. A continually updated equipment operation history makes a very attractive feature when the time comes to sell. As the Komtrax system becomes the standard, customers will request used equipment with the hardware already in place.
