What if I receive the error message, “You must provide a unique email address. The email address you entered already exists in the PDO system” when I attempt to create my account?
• Check the email address to see if you entered it correctly. • If the email was entered correctly, you may already have a PDO account, or someone may have created one using your email. If you feel you might already have an account but can not remember the username or password, use the “forgot my password” function at the bottom of the error message. Your username and password will be sent to the email that you are attempting to use.
