What if I receive an “Unauthorized Video” error message when trying to play my DivX video file?
This usually means the video file does not meet the technical specifications for video playback by the hardware of your phone. For example, if the file size, resolution or bitrate of the video file exceed the permitted maximums, the phone will not be able to play the video file, regardless of the format.
