If GoMobo can’t understand your message, you will receive the message “Check GoCode or promotion code sent. Reply ‘menu’ for a list of your GoCodes. Visit www.gomobo.com for help.” Please check your phone settings to make sure you do not have an auto signature enabled on your text messages. If you do, please disable it and try again. Otherwise, please double-check your message to us and then email support@gomobo.com for more information.
