Again, no problemo! If you received the item as a gift and don’t know the order number, just email exchange@milkbomb.com (or you can call 415-516-5329) and let us know a) which item you currently have, b) the item you’d like to get and c) the address you’d like us to send the replacement item to. We’ll then send you the replacement item along with a prepaid envelope (no cost to you!) that you can place the original item in to return it. Supa’ easy!
