What if I realise Ive entered some information incorrectly?
You can send an email alerting us of the error to orders@toniandguy-opticians.co.uk We process orders very rapidly so the sooner you let us know the better. Also, for this reason we ask that you do double-check your prescription and shipping information prior to submitting your order. Once you’ve placed your order you are given the option of printing it off, we recommend you do this for future reference. We will also send you an email confirmation of your order.
