What if I place an order and the item(s) are not in stock or requested colors are unavailable?
If an item is “not in stock” we will “not charge” for it. If an item is in stock, we will make every attempt to supply requested color(s) or substitute with the best color choice replacement for the request. We do not guarantee that you will receive the color(s) that you request. However, we will do our best to meet color choices when we can. When making substitutions we always replace with items of greater value. We value the relationship that we establish with each and every client and in so doing we would rather give more than less. That is also why we include samples of other well loved balloons with all orders.
