If you decide to no longer use our phone service, please contact your new service provider and they will initiate the transfer of your line. If you have a bundled service with iiNet and you do not wish to change your Internet provider, we will gladly continue to be your ISP; however, you will not receive any of the benefits of bundling including $10 off your bill, higer speeds, double the downloads and your VoIP line.
