What if I need to list a New Construction that doesnt have a Folio yet. How do I do it?
New Construction properties listed through the MLS may be flagged by our iCheck system due to the fact that the they usually don’t have folio’s. These cases are handled slightly different than conventional listings. If you are listing a New Construction and there is no folio as of yet, our MLS system requires that you modify your listing by gong to Construction Type and choosing NEW or Under Construction. You would also modify the field Year Built description and choose New from the list. These methods help our iCheck system to identify this as a New Construction so that your listing isn’t flagged by the automated system again.
