What if I need to discontinue my The Money Planner Online (formerly known as CashFlow Plus) service?
To cancel your service, log in to the system and click on the “Terms of Service” link at the bottom of any of the pages. Scroll down to the Termination section of the Terms of Service and click on the “cancel service” link to process your request. A cancellation confirmation will be sent back to you via e-mail. Note: Upon cancellation, no refunds are issued for any service month(s) previously paid for but not used.
