What if I need to change my e-mail address for my PTC eStatements Service?
If you need to change your eStatement e-mail address, you must complete our online eStatements Service Change Form. You will need to type the new e-mail address twice to confirm the accuracy of the new e-mail address you are entering. You will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming the change to your e-mail address. If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail within 48 hours, contact our Call Center at 800-479-2196. We recommend that you monitor your new e-mail address to ensure receipt of your next eStatement.
