What if I need to cancel the EasyShip program?
You can opt out of the EasyShip program at any time. Simply call customer service and cancel by phone or email us with your customer information at service@nativeremedies.com. Your request must be received 5-7 business days before your next scheduled shipment date. PLEASE NOTE: If you cancel prior to receiving your first easyship shipment (either 30 days or 60 days out depending on the frequency you selected), the original shipping price will be billed to you, using your original payment method. The shipping price billed will be in accordance with our current shipping rates, as listed in our Shipping Policy.
