Your program fees only cover your accommodations from Wednesday night through Sunday morning. If your travel schedule cannot fit between these days, please contact Leslie Baum at +1.703.519.6700, ext. 147 to secure extra lodging. The availability of lodging is on a space-available basis and will carry an additional cost payable directly to either the MIT Endicott House or the Sheraton Needham, depending on where you are staying.
