What if I need help with installing or running Star Track Software?
We provide unlimited technical support for installation and limited technical support after installation. If you are unsuccessful installing the software directly from the CD, try copying all the files from the CD to a temporary folder on your computer’s hard drive (C:\), and run the setup program from there instead. (Because the Premium Package contains very large image files, some systems have trouble copying, extracting and processing the application files from the CD.) For other suggestions about what to do, read the section in the User Guide called Troubleshooting Installation Problems. If you encounter problems that you cannot solve, contact us for more help.
