If you can’t afford the bond, the lessor/ agent may let you pay the bond in installments, or you may be able to get a bond loan from the Department of Housing if you meet their requirements. Another option would be to approach Welfare Officers in Counseling at QUT. Under special circumstances QUT may be able to provide a loan to assist with your bond, rental or removal requirements.
