A. You may either print your eStatement from your browser or order a paper statement. To order a paper statement, send us an email from within Home Banking or call our Member Service Specialists. If your statement is not currently available in electronic format, there will be no charge. If it is currently available to you in electronic format, there is a $5.00 charge.
