What if I need a new Participant Account Services (PAS) Personal Identification Number (PIN)?
You can request a new PIN online or through PAS: • On the Internet site, the PIN Change section is located under the Personal Information tab. • Call the PAS Line at (866) 679-7077 between 8:00am and 11:00pm ET, Monday through Friday. Press 0 to speak with a PAS Representative, who will ask several security questions to verify your identity and then will help you establish a new PIN.
