What if I miss a class of the Tai Chi for Wellness (Qigong Tai Chi)?
Occassionally students miss a class or two. Don’t be concerned. The second half hour of the class is a review of the previous movements and will help you with the movements you missed. You could also attend another class at another location or time, but you will need to check the Current Student Page to see the movement calendar page and find out what is being taught in each class. You could also study the DVD for help or book a private session with the instructor. But mostly, just come to class, it will be alright!
