To deactivate the Wiscard UW Credit Union Program, contact UW Credit Union at 800-533-6773 or deactivate your card through Web Branch. To deactivate all other Wiscard accounts, visit wiscard.wisc.edu. You can also alert the Wisconsin Union Cashier’s Office at 608-263-1964 or stop by any University Housing Residence Hall Desk. Once your accounts are deactivated, no one else can access them. You can obtain a new card at the Wiscard Office in Memorial Union. There is a $25 replacement fee. Once you have obtained your replacement Wiscard, visit any UW Credit Union branch to link your Wiscard to the UW Credit Union Program account.
